Spring 2016 After School Activities

Our students are growing, creating, collaborating, solving, and exploring in their current session of after school activities! Last week, a tour of the activities turned up pizzas being made from scratch; toy cars being manufactured via 3D printing; a few completed Rubik’s Cubes; collaboration and resource management in Minecraft; as well as fencing, swimming at Guoxin Stadium, soccer (with former Netherlands World Cup team star Jan Poortvliet and his Qingdao Red Dragons), ceramics, and Chess.

After school activities at Qingdao Amerasia International School are an opportunity for our students to deepen their inquiry by pursuing their personal interests. For each ASA session, we offer courses according to suggestions from students, teachers, and the community, and we are proud of what our students achieve.
