IBMYP Step-Up, and Grade 12 Graduation

We recognized our batch of students moving up from the IB Middle Years Programme, and our 2016 graduate! The MYP 5 students have formed tight bonds through their time at QAIS. In his Teacher Speech, MYP Coordinator Mark Brierley commented on what he has learned from each of the students over the years; Azton Borjiking gave the Student Response, emphasizing the relationships that they have formed with one another and the ways that they have supported each other’s growth.

Finally, attention turned to our 2016 graduate, Zsofia Bodnar. Head of Upper School, Jeff La Roux, introduced the Diploma, and QAIS Director, Dr. Chris Vicari, reflected on fundamental purpose of education. Zsofia herself shared her favorite poem from her native Hungary, and inspired all with her presentation.
