The Hippo English Competition is a prestigious international English language competition that brings together students from around the world. Designed to promote language learning, cross-cultural exchange, and academic excellence, the competition challenges students to showcase their English Language skills in a supportive yet competitive environment. This year, we are thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievements of ten Amerasia students who stood out among nearly 10,000 participants nationwide in the 2025 Hippo English Fun Challenge. Their outstanding performances earned first, second, and high-scoring third prizes, securing them a place in the prestigious Hippo English China All-Star Round, set to take place from May 1–5 at the City University of Macau. Themed “Journey to the West,” this exciting round will feature a variety of academic and cultural events, including a Spelling Bee, a Chinese Culture Exhibition, an English Super Bowl, and written assessments. This is an incredible achievement for our students, who continue to demonstrate excellence, confidence, and a passion for language learning.
